Job Description
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes and supporting the executive team. Your work will help ensure the seamless operation of our daily activities and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive team.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and activities for team members.
- Use tools like Google Earth and GSuite to support various projects.
- Assist in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and Google GSuite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Earth is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
