We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate Social Media Executives to join us in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the airline industry.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support our airline customer service requests on social media platforms in Brazilian Portuguese. This role involves providing assistance to customers through written communication in both Brazilian Portuguese and English, ensuring high-quality customer engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service requests in Brazilian Portuguese on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to engage effectively with customers.
  • Utilize customer service tools and technologies efficiently to support inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Language Skills: Certified in Brazilian Portuguese with high proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in the travel industry).
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the travel industry and a good technical understanding of customer service tools.
