Job Description/Overview:

BSB Constructions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours per week, with work conducted on-site.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

 

Supervise other workers.

 

Answer telephones and relay calls and messages.

 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

 

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.

 

Qualifications:

 

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Experience:

 

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.

 

Skills:

 

Strong organizational skills.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication.

 

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Salary:

$29.00 hourly for 35 hours per week.

 

Work Schedule:

Day, Morning

 

Workplace Information:

On-site work required.
