Job Description/Overview:
In Home Personal Services Inc. is a growing home services agency seeking dedicated caregivers to provide quality care to the elderly in Gastonia, NC, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home care services to elderly clients.
Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support clients’ physical and emotional well-being.
Maintain open communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
At least one year of caregiving experience (preferred).
Ability to relocate to Gastonia, NC, before starting work.
Experience:
Previous experience in senior care is an advantage.
Skills:
Compassionate and patient with a strong interest in elderly care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Overnight shifts
Weekends as needed
