Job Description:
Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze sales and inventory data, streamline reporting processes, and drive improvements in data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets on sales and inventory to create actionable reports and insights.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in reporting.
- Drive process enhancements to optimize reporting mechanisms and overall data management.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (any type).
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism.

- Calm and composed under pressure, with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
- Location: Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
