What You’ll Do
- Manage all incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle hotel outlet reservations and guest orders with precision and care.
- Assist guests with bookings, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Strengthen relationships with both new and returning guests to secure future reservations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform reservation administration tasks and provide general support to the team.
About You
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Motivated and enthusiastic about advancing your career in hospitality.
- Energized by fast-paced environments and equipped with a can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Opera system is an advantage but not required.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
