Job Purpose and Role
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Medical Marketing Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to create compelling scientific and marketing content that communicates complex healthcare topics to diverse audiences, enhancing our brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content such as blogs, website pages, white papers, case studies, and email campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Translate complex healthcare topics into digestible, actionable materials.
- SEO Optimization:
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized content strategies to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track content performance to inform improvements.
- Collaboration & Management:
- Work with subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to align content with business objectives.
- Manage content updates and organization within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) for consistency and accuracy.
- Social Media & Digital Strategy:
- Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Innovation:
- Utilize AI tools to streamline content production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of healthcare or marketing content.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry topics and familiarity with medical terminology (preferred).
- Expertise in SEO tools and best practices, including keyword research and content performance tracking.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to interpret content metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience using AI writing and grammar tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
