Job Description:
Alghanim Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Freight Operations team. In this role, you will retain existing clients, secure new business, and contribute to the Logistics Sales budget. You’ll work closely with our operations and customer service teams to provide exceptional service and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Development: Secure new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Lead Management: Conduct and report sales leads, converting them into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Customer Communication: Ensure timely and professional follow-up with clients.
- Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends and competitors to support business development.
- Financial Coordination: Follow up on outstanding payments with support from the Finance Controller.
- Reporting: Maintain and update customer lists, prepare weekly activity reports, and submit sales plans to the management.
- Customer Retention: Maintain satisfaction levels and achieve 75% of revenue targets from new clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficiency in using computers and related software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Additional Preferences:
- Educational background in International Trade, Shipping, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local geography, language, traditions, and market dynamics.
- Professional grooming and appearance.
