About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to handle inbound calls from our existing customers. Your role will include assisting with a variety of general inquiries, such as account management, payments, and billing. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, with opportunities for career progression across the Contact Centre. This is a full-time permanent position with a rotating roster:
- Monday to Friday: Between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: Between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (AEST) with a day off during the week.
Your journey with us starts with 7 weeks of remote training, setting you up for success!
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of contact centre experience, preferably with remote work exposure
- A passion for delivering high-level customer service and building rapport
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong collaboration skills in a dynamic team setting
