We’re now seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join our team and help us continue our mission.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring 2 full-time Appointment Setters to book strategy sessions with warm leads in the United States. This entry-level sales role offers a unique opportunity to break into the high-ticket sales space, where you’ll learn from seasoned sales professionals with 33 years of experience. As you grow, there’s the potential to move into closing roles where top performers are making $30,000+ per month.
Your Role:
- Appointment Setting: You’ll be calling warm leads in the United States (working early hours from 5 AM to 1 PM AEST) to book strategy sessions with our sales closers.
- Sales Support: Schedule and organize strategy sessions for our closers.
- Incentive: Earn commission on every new client you help onboard.
- Growth Opportunity: This is an entry-level position with the chance to move into a higher-paying closing role after a year.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivation & Drive: We’re seeking individuals with a competitive spirit, a desire to challenge themselves, and a commitment to personal growth.
- Sales Experience: While previous experience is a bonus, we are especially interested in candidates with phone sales or appointment setting experience.
- Early Bird: Must be comfortable working early hours from 5 AM to 1 PM AEST, Monday to Saturday.
- Location: This is NOT a remote role. You’ll be working from our office at Nobby’s Beach, Gold Coast, just a short walk from the beach and local cafes.
