About the Role
The Emirates Group is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize its Direct Response Always On (DRAO) digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will focus on maximizing ROI by applying precision planning and continuous optimization. This role involves collaborating on global initiatives and ensuring that digital marketing activities align with Emirates’ brand and business goals.
What You Will Do
- Develop and Optimize DRAO Plans: Implement and continually refine a robust DRAO plan aligned with global brand and tactical campaigns, ensuring ROI maximization.
- Budget Management: Set and forecast budgets for performance marketing channels, sharing updates with Media Managers and strategic planners.
- Campaign Support: Support global and regional campaigns, integrating them into the DRAO program while monitoring their impact.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools to monitor marketing activity, derive insights, and make informed investment decisions.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular cross-channel reports and insights to Media Managers and suggest adjustments based on market and business data.
- Issue Management: Address and escalate platform or technology issues affecting data quality or KPIs, working collaboratively to resolve them.
- Agency Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for performance agencies and partnerships at a local market level.
- Best Practices: Share innovative ideas and best practices with the Performance Team to foster creativity and efficiency.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure governance, transparency, and brand safety across all media activities while maintaining compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree in Media or Marketing. A postgraduate qualification (e.g., a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing) is an advantage. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing roles at an international media agency or client-side position. Airline/travel industry experience is a plus.
- Expertise: Proficient in major performance channels including programmatic, search, affiliates/metas, social, and retargeting. Knowledge of media planning tools and fundamentals.
- Data Utilization: Skilled in using 1st and 3rd party data to derive insights and operationalize strategies.
