Artcraft Pty Ltd, a national industry leader in manufacturing and distributing traffic signs, road safety products, and asset maintenance solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their QLD team. This role involves managing daily sales administration tasks, providing excellent customer service, and fostering collaboration between teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and responding to incoming inquiries.
Data entry of quotes and orders.
Liaising with factory and warehouse staff to ensure positive customer outcomes.
Maintaining an organized internal filing system.
Qualifications:
Background in customer service or data entry.
High attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Administrator or similar role.
Experience in sales coordination or a sales-related role is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skills:
