The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter with Arabic to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will write compelling content across multiple formats, including digital, print, and video, to engage and inform target audiences. You will help drive content creation for a wide range of marketing initiatives while adapting tone and voice for various audiences. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and supervise other copywriters, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all content produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging copy for various formats, including blog posts, customer stories, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, product training documentation, email campaigns, sales enablement assets, social media copy, video/voice-over scripts, and more.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders on marketing projects such as landing pages and email campaigns.
- Interpret creative briefs to develop content that meets client needs while adhering to brand and editorial guidelines.
- Conduct research and training on client-specific technologies (e.g., MS Power Platform, Adobe Pro Video).
- Create and optimize content for SEO, ensuring effective content strategies that align with business goals.
- Write and edit content for a variety of platforms, enhancing user experience and interaction.
- Mentor and support junior copywriters, helping them grow their skills and ensuring consistency in writing style and quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in content writing, UX writing, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in writing in both English and Arabic (writing, editing, and proofreading).
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Knowledge of enterprise content management systems (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Highspot, Seismic).
- Familiarity with SEO content optimization and experience in developing copy for SEO purposes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with structured content concepts and CMS, DAM, PIM, and API systems.
- Creative, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to content creation.
- Strong research skills and a natural curiosity to learn new technologies.
