Job Description/Overview:
The office administrative assistant will handle clerical and administrative tasks in a transportation company. The role involves supervising other workers, scheduling appointments, managing communication, and maintaining office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise other workers.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Oversee payroll administration.
Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle a large workload.
Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Work Setting:
Transportation company.
Willing to relocate if necessary.
