Job Description/Overview
AECOM is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to manage and deliver projects within the Data Center sector. The role covers the entire project lifecycle, from inception to commissioning. You will collaborate with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact during the construction of major Data Center projects.
Represent the client team in meetings, workshops, and site visits.
Lead project management commissions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Support and mentor project managers, graduates, and apprentices.
Develop strong relationships with clients and project teams.
Ensure efficient post-contract management and administration.
Qualifications
Degree in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering-related fields (BSc or MSc).
Professional qualifications with RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent.
Experience
Proven experience in project management within the data center or construction sector.
Skilled in procurement strategies, progress reporting, and contract management.
Experience engaging with clients and resolving project disputes.
Skills
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Proficient in English and Finnish
Strong communication and client management capabilities.
