About the Role
Symbol IT Marketing is seeking an experienced IT Telemarketer & Sales Representative to join our team. In this part-time role, you’ll reach out to qualified prospects via phone to introduce them to our partner products and services. Your goal will be to schedule meetings with potential clients for our account executives and help us grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to qualified prospects via phone to introduce our products and services.
- Book meetings with prospects to assess their fit for our offerings.
- Organize and document prospect information using ZOHO CRM.
- Stay in regular communication with the team to ensure targets are met.
About You:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong passion for IT and at least 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to connect with new people and help them solve their technology needs.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like ZOHO to track progress.
Pay & Targets:
- Hourly pay: AUD $40/hour.
- Uncapped bonus of AUD $250 for each meeting booked.
- Expected to book at least 1 meeting per 10 hours of work.
- Minimum work commitment: 10 hours per week (with at least 3 hours per shift).
