Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative to join our team and support the execution of innovative social video campaigns for major brands and exciting startups. In this fast-paced role, you’ll work with strategists, client solutions managers, motion designers, and our global Creator network to bring campaigns to life across various platforms. This is an ideal position for someone who is social media savvy, passionate about creating engaging video content, and focused on performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Collaborate with the team to develop creative strategies and ideate original content that exceeds client objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Work across multiple verticals to execute client briefs, ensuring high-quality video content aligned with client goals.
  • Content Production: Manage the video production process from ideation to execution, leveraging Vidsy’s Creator network and in-house design team.
  • Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the content production process, ensuring creative alignment and timely delivery.
  • Video Asset Creation: Develop creative assets for various social platforms and advertising formats, ensuring that all content is optimized for performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 18 months or more in content production, production management, or project management.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile marketing, social media trends, and how to build strategies for social platforms.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to produce outstanding creative assets across various platforms, with experience in video content production. Bonus if you have hands-on experience with After Effects or filmmaking!
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to lead ideation sessions and creative workshops to develop engaging content.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client briefs simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for design and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful content.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000–70,000 CAD depending on experience

Hybrid / Remote Work Setup

While this position will initially be fully remote, Vidsy plans to establish a Toronto office in the future, making the role hybrid long-term. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and tech to work autonomously and stay connected with the team through Google Meets, Slack, and other remote software.
