Job Description/Overview:
Community Horizons is hiring a part-time caregiver for a self-directed support position, offering flexible hours and a calm, stress-free working environment. The job involves working directly with an individual in their home, providing personal care and assisting with various daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with transfers and personal care (bed bath, changing clothes, incontinence support).
Meal preparation and maintaining skin integrity.
Medication injections and cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
Experience in caregiving, especially with medication and injections.
Female preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience:
Experience with caregiving and medication administration required.
Skills:
Strong caregiving skills, particularly in personal care.
Ability to work independently in a private home setting.
