Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and execute impactful marketing strategies to attract brokers, influencers, affiliates, and introducing brokers, particularly in emerging markets. You will also play a pivotal role in launching and branding a new website and strengthening our position as a preferred liquidity and brokerage partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute a robust B2B marketing strategy targeting brokers, affiliates, influencers, and introducing brokers.
- Brand Development: Lead the launch and branding of a new website to showcase our unique offerings and align with strategic objectives.
- Campaign Management: Create and implement high-impact campaigns tailored to emerging markets and target audiences.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Utilize tools like SimilarWeb and SEMrush to identify leads for the sales team.
- Third-Party Coordination: Manage external vendors and partners to deliver creative content, copywriting, and website integrations.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a CFD brokerage.
- Deep understanding of brokerage industry dynamics, particularly liquidity solutions and the needs of influencers and introducing brokers.
- Strong ability to design and execute successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A creative and data-driven approach to marketing.
