Job Description/Overview:
Caring Life Services, Inc. is hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers in the Portland area to provide excellent care to clients. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) while ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with mobility.
Prepare meals and snacks.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Provide medication reminders.
Offer companionship to clients.
Assist clients with bathing and personal care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Adherence to health and safety guidelines.
TB test required prior to employment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience:
Experience preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Observant and empathetic nature.
Ability to follow care schedules and instructions.
