Role Overview

FieldRoutes/Aspire is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive and execute our strategic social media plan. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, this role will shape and grow our social presence, telling the stories behind our people, customers, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a communication expert with a passion for driving results and creating impactful social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Social Media Strategy: Lead the development of the social media strategy for FieldRoutes, Aspire, and ServiceTitan, growing our audience across various channels.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and other departments to support social media efforts across demand generation, talent branding, corporate branding, and more.
  • Editorial Calendar: Build and manage a cross-platform editorial calendar, integrating strategic campaigns from across the organization and ServiceTitan’s brands.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage social media technologies to track analytics, measure outcomes, and optimize strategies.
  • Customer Community Engagement: Understand and build relationships with our customer community, highlighting their stories to improve brand trust and favorability.
  • Content Scaling: Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to enhance content quality and scale volume over time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in content development and social media management.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to develop channel-native social marketing strategies that deliver business results.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of the social media landscape and how to leverage it for long-term growth.
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to measure success, track key metrics, and demonstrate the business value of social media programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to quickly build relationships and unite stakeholders across various business functions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Customer Obsession: A deep understanding of the FieldRoutes and Aspire community, with the ability to elevate their stories and success.

Salary and Compensation

The expected salary for this role in Canada ranges between $113,000 CAD – $169,000 CAD, with additional compensation including annual bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
