Job Description/Overview:
Community Horizons seeks an experienced CNA to provide in-home caregiving services. This self-directed role allows you to work directly with the individual in their private home, offering a personalized and flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on personal care.
Toileting and catheter care.
Administering a bowel program.
Transfers using a transfer board.
Light housekeeping.
Range of motion exercises.
Medication reminders.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
CNA certification required.
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Must pass a caregiver background check.
Reliable transportation and backup transportation plan.
Experience:
Professional caregiving experience (1+ years).
Skills:
Dependable, energetic, and self-motivated.
Well-organized with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Pay: $20/hour.
Schedule: Flexible, including shifts from 8:30 AM–10:30 AM, 10 PM–12 AM, and every other weekend.
