Job Description/Overview

 

Danone is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Western Finland. This role focuses on independently managing sales activities, achieving targets, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners. The position requires frequent travel within Finland and collaboration with store representatives to drive sales growth and market development.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Manage the overall sales activities within the designated region.

 

Maintain and strengthen customer relationships with retail partners.

 

Achieve jointly set sales targets and objectives.

 

Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies.

 

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

 

Qualifications

 

Proficiency in modern IT tools and data analysis for sales optimization.

 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and influence clients.

 

Strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic and changing situations.

 

Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.

 

Experience

 

Proven sales experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail sectors.

 

Skills

 

Data analysis and IT proficiency.

 

Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

 

Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.

 

Additional Requirements

 

Valid B-class driver’s license and readiness to travel domestically.
