Position: Retail Salesman – Tires Division

Job Description:
We are inviting candidates for the position of Salesman for our Retail Tires Sales operations. This position will report to the Branch In-charge and the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and meet customers.
Understand customer concerns and advise them on available brands, prices, and product features.
Assist customers in making appropriate choices.
Check the system for the availability of required tires based on size, brand, pattern, etc.
Prepare invoices and generate the Pick slip through the system.
Inform the storekeeper to collect the pick slip with details of the required tires.
Cross-check if the tire is of the correct size and then send it to the fitting area.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Arrange the shop floor and display area.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Nationality: Any nationality.
Education: Diploma or any graduation.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Retail Salesman.
Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Sales-driven, young, and energetic.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and electronic equipment.
Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
