Job Description/Overview
Elitez Pte Ltd is looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the North-East Region. This role involves supporting the healthcare team in ensuring the proper preparation, sterilization, and management of surgical supplies and equipment while maintaining safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
Follow safety protocols and wear full protective gear during work.
Rinse and prepare surgical supplies for cleaning.
Assist in assembling basic instrument sets.
Organize sterilized items on shelves post-sterilization.
Load and unload supplies and equipment from sterilizers.
Clean sterilizers and processing equipment.
Dispose of waste in compliance with guidelines.
Manage dirty laundry and maintain department cleanliness.
Assist with portering tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including midnight shifts.
Experience
No specific experience required, but prior experience in healthcare or a similar environment is an advantage.
Skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.

Additional Information
Salary: Up to SGD 2,400 per month.
This is a shift-based position, including availability for weekends and public holidays.
