Key Responsibilities
- Task Management: Oversee workflows and distribute tasks to meet service standards.
- Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, manage client accounts, and identify outreach opportunities.
- Integration Support: Assist with the integration process for block purchases and acquisitions.
- Outbound Communications: Schedule meetings, provide information, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents that support the Empire Connect team.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date client files and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Product Knowledge: Build a working understanding of Empire Life’s products.
- Professional Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for personal growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in business administration or a related field, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Skills: Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other standard business tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, and make informed decisions.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English is preferred.
