About Us
Her Campus Media, the #1 media brand for college women, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy Pinterest and Social Media Intern for the Spring 2025 semester. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with our brands: Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University.
Responsibilities
As the Pinterest and Social Media Intern, you will:
- Focus on Pinterest strategy for all three brands, creating pins to drive website traffic, video pins, and scheduling existing social content.
- Test and implement new Pinterest features into our social media strategy.
- Assist with special social media projects, including campaigns and franchises supporting editorial launches.
- Create engaging video content for Pinterest, TikTok, and Instagram, occasionally serving as one of the brand’s on-camera personalities.
- Research social media trends, brainstorm meme adaptations for our audiences, and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Current college undergraduate.
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.
- Passion for Her Campus Media’s mission.
- Strong video editing skills and comfort with being on camera.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram from both a creator and user perspective.
- Interest in pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle content.
