Position Overview
Kryton International is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will be responsible for managing Kryton’s global marketing and demand generation programs, driving lead generation, and raising brand awareness for our Smart Concrete™ products. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team, set strategies, manage budgets, and ensure that Kryton maintains its leadership position within the concrete and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement global marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand for Kryton’s products through targeted campaigns and communications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the marketing team in achieving goals, including content creation, campaign management, and event marketing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support marketing efforts.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize social media, content management systems, and email marketing tools to communicate effectively with target audiences.
- Metrics & Reporting: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute successful membership and event marketing campaigns.
- Creative Strategy: Ensure creative strategies align with brand messaging and drive demand for products.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a hands-on Marketing Manager role with a strong creative sense.
- Experience managing an internal team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in CRM systems, digital communications, and ethical data practices.
- Demonstrated success in event and membership marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and bulk email systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, creativity, attention to detail, and project management.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry or B2B marketing is an advantage.
