About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team. You will support our clients by managing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting internal teams through interdepartmental communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Inbox Management:

  • Respond to chats and emails to address customer inquiries.
  • Manage help desk tickets, promptly providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance problem-solving and service quality.

Product Knowledge:

  • Gain and maintain a strong understanding of Milk Moovement’s products.
  • Assist customers by guiding them through navigation and troubleshooting.

Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose technical issues effectively using available tools.
  • Deliver quick, positive resolutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Interdepartmental Communication:

  • Work with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Report issues via JIRA tickets and follow up on any reported bugs.
  • Provide comprehensive details when reporting issues for faster resolution.

Continuous Learning:

  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on best practices in technical support.
  • Contribute to team skill development and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

We value diversity and are committed to a team-oriented, curiosity-driven work culture. Prior experience in customer success (preferably in a SaaS environment) is required, although experience in the dairy industry is not necessary—our Dairy 101 course will teach you everything you need to know!

  • Experience in customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies.
  • Strong prioritization skills for managing urgent issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with effective collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work weekend and evening shifts.
