We are looking for a talented Content Writer based in Dubai to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our content strategy, creating newsletters, sales funnels, email campaigns, and video scripts that engage, inspire, and convert our global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Newsletter Content and Curation
- Develop and curate compelling newsletters that align with RTT’s mission to inform, inspire, and engage.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate newsletter content into broader brand strategies.
Email Campaigns and Broadcasts
- Create impactful email broadcasts for product updates, announcements, and promotions.
- Design conversion-focused email sequences for product launches and lead nurturing.
Video Script Writing
- Craft engaging and on-brand scripts for RTT content videos that educate and promote RTT’s transformative impact.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling video content.
Content Optimization and Performance
- Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content.
- Partner with the marketing team to test, iterate, and enhance email content for maximum reach and impact.
Content Strategy and Collaboration
- Contribute innovative ideas to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Incorporate audience feedback and personal development trends into content recommendations.
Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional content writing experience, ideally within wellness, personal development, or transformational coaching sectors.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing email campaigns, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to adapt to RTT’s brand voice.
- Experience using data and analytics to enhance content performance.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
