Job Summary:
Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Manager III to support shop/department managers in daily operations and ensure the store consistently delivers exceptional customer service. This role will also prepare the candidate to assume the manager’s responsibilities when needed, with a focus on maintaining smooth operations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with petty cash, reporting systems, and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of financial records to the accounting department.
- Assist in managing store licenses and official documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling for sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet customers and ensure high-quality service standards are upheld by staff.
- Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
- Manage inventory maintenance, audits, and product orders to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Monitor and communicate sales plans and targets to the team, offering corrective actions where necessary.
- Communicate with local suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage orders.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team to maximize their potential.
- For Sports Goods: Use social media tools to promote shop events, respond to wholesale inquiries, and engage with local sports clubs.
- For KIKO: Train the team on product knowledge, makeup application techniques, and selling strategies to deliver the KIKO customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in retail or a similar role, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
- For Sports Goods Retail: Active participation in sports and knowledge of sporting events is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions and manage team performance.
