Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Senior Carer to join their team at Florence Court Care Home. As a Residential Senior Carer, you’ll provide person-centered care and support to residents, lead a team of care staff, administer medications, update care plans, and communicate with healthcare professionals and families. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of care staff, providing training and supervision.
Administer and manage medication for residents.
Update care plans and risk assessments as needed.
Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams, and residents’ families.
Maintain a respectful, compassionate, and supportive environment for residents.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Previous experience in residential care settings.
Proven leadership skills and ability to make informed decisions.
Warm-hearted, compassionate approach to resident care.
