Job Description/Overview:
Care and Help Home Care, LLC, seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-skilled services to individuals in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily activities, and companionship to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with errands, housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
Provide personal care, including dressing, bathing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
Offer companionship and maintain daily logs on client health, well-being, and activities.
Medication reminders and assisting with ambulation and transfers.
Qualifications:
PCA, HHA, or CNA certification.
Open availability preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Experience:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field, such as CNA, Personal Care Aide, or Companion, is strongly considered.
Skills:
Empathy, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow care plans and provide personalized support.
