About the Role:
This is a flexible, remote freelance position ideal for experienced writers or editors who want to contribute to innovative AI projects. Set your own schedule and work from anywhere in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and rank AI-generated English responses for quality and relevance.
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, incorporating research and fact-checking when necessary.
- Evaluate the factuality, coherence, and stylistic accuracy of AI-generated text.
Desired Expertise:
- Professional experience as a writer, editor, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a writing-related field (preferred).
- Excellent command of New Zealand English, including grammar, spelling, and stylistic nuances.
- Strong logic, reasoning, and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of written content.
Compensation:
- Hourly rates for core project work range from $25 to $59 NZD, depending on skills, experience, and project requirements.
- Higher rates may apply for advanced qualifications (e.g., PhDs).
- Rates for onboarding or non-core tasks may vary, and some projects include performance-based incentives.
