Job Description/Overview:
Carmel Village is seeking Medication Technicians/Caregivers to support resident health by administering medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. The role requires compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, aligning with Generations’ mission and values to enhance resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications following physician orders and care plans
Ensure resident safety and adhere to community operational standards
Maintain compassionate, professional interactions with residents
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Medication Assistance preferred
Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification (training available upon hire)
Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Experience:
Previous experience in medication assistance is preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and compassionate

Additional Information:
Pay Range: $17.85 – $23.29 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (2 pm – 10 pm and 10 pm – 6 am) and part-time (6 am – 2 pm) shifts; weekend availability required for rotating schedules
