Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor – Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that will drive business growth, increase occupancy rates, and elevate brand visibility. Proficiency in both Russian and English is highly preferred, along with strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across platforms, including paid search (PPC), social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Supervise Daily Tasks: Ensure daily tasks and objectives for the marketing team (Videographer, Photographer, Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Web Developer, PPC Specialist, and Content Writer) are clearly defined and completed on time.
- Collaborate with Teams: Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore team members, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
- Enhance Online Presence: Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence across Google, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), social media platforms, and the company website.
- Monitor and Analyze Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Work with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content that aligns with brand goals, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives, working closely with departments such as Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide marketing team members, providing training and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring that their efforts align with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, SEMrush, and other analytical tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
