Job Description/Overview:
Mood Media is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Data Analyst to join their operations team. This role involves maintaining billing data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with both vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and ensure data integrity, supporting the company’s data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review customer and transaction data for accuracy and identify discrepancies
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for reconciliation
Prepare detailed reports summarizing reconciliation findings
Develop process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency
Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting to finance and operations teams
Perform additional projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Experience in accounts payable or vendor reconciliation
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience with Oracle EBS (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience:
Previous experience in accounts payable or vendor reconciliation roles
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $51K – $72K per year
