Job Description/Overview:
Nuvia Dental Implant Center seeks enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role focuses on managing inbound leads from prospective patients seeking dental implant treatment. The representative will engage with leads via phone, schedule in-office consultations, and support patients through their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm in-office consultations with prospective patients
Manage a high volume of inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up
Use motivational skills to encourage patients to take the next step in their dental journey
Multitask and manage lead tracking, scheduling, and follow-up effectively
Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing patient experience and empathy
Qualifications:
Preferred B2C sales experience, including door-to-door, phone, or in-person sales
Basic tech literacy and CRM experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence, integrity, and dedication to patient care
Ability to work independently and meet scheduling goals
Experience:
Prior experience in direct sales or a related field
Skills:
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Proficiency in CRM usage and tech tools

Additional Information:
Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
