Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile, experienced Content Producer/CMS Author to join our team. In this mid-career role, you will manage content publishing for our client platforms and support large enterprise CMS migration projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling high volumes of content, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing content for an omni-channel landscape, ensuring alignment with brand and digital rights compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately author and publish content in CMS systems for clients, ensuring content quality and consistency.
- Use HTML and CSS to troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues as needed.
- Support content governance by conducting monthly and quarterly reviews for brand and digital rights compliance.
- Identify and resolve content bugs using ticketing systems like JIRA or Asana.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for problems related to content organization and structure.
- Audit content types across platforms, including websites, shared drives, and social media.
- Report audit findings and content issues using tools like Excel or similar spreadsheets.
- Participate in content mapping, clean-up, and workflow activities during large content migrations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent English proofreading skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Expertise in content management systems like Magento, Oracle BCC, Adobe Experience Manager, and others.
- Experience in enterprise CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, and Highspot.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with headless content systems and how CMS, DAM, PIM, and API systems integrate to deliver content.
- Strong technical acumen and a natural curiosity for evolving content management practices.
- Proficiency in reporting and presenting audit findings via PowerPoint or similar tools, with the ability to map and model content using digital whiteboard tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Open to feedback with a growth-focused mindset, and adaptable to changes in project direction or priorities.
