Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at eXp South Africa, you will create and execute social media strategies to grow and engage our global community. You’ll manage content calendars, interact with followers, and analyze metrics to optimize growth and engagement. Working closely with our content and creative teams, you’ll ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies to drive follower growth and engagement, with a proactive approach to engaging audiences beyond simple posting.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create, schedule, and curate content that aligns with our brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers during peak times, employing strong social listening skills and adapting strategies to suit local contexts.
- Platform-Specific Expertise: Grow our presence across multiple international platforms with an understanding of each platform’s unique requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze social media metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
- Strong skills in content creation, scheduling, and curation.
- Ability to engage actively with followers and adapt to various social media trends.
- Experience managing international social media accounts across diverse platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategy improvements.
