Position: In-Home Caregiver

Job Description/Overview:
Bella Home Health Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregivers to support individuals in their own homes. This role involves personalized care for clients, including a married couple, with dementia experience required. The caregiver will be off from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. Compensation is a paid live-in rate, and employees are paid every other Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Aid with mobility and transfers, using safe lifting techniques.
Administer medications as scheduled.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
Perform light housekeeping, keeping the client’s space clean and organized.
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or behavior.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Respect client dignity and privacy.
Coordinate care with healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Dementia experience required.
Knowledge of child care or working with dementia patients is a plus.
Experience:
Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred.
Skills:
Compassionate and patient.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
