Job Description/Overview
Mama Shelter Luxembourg seeks a proactive Sales Manager to drive the revenue growth of their establishment by developing and implementing commercial strategies and pricing policies in collaboration with the management team. The Sales Manager will generate client demand through a range of services, including overnight stays, business meetings, corporate seminars, and events, ensuring client satisfaction and upholding the group’s standards. This role also includes overseeing the Events team, acting as an ambassador of the brand, and building relationships with local, regional, national, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies and pricing policies in collaboration with management
Conduct proactive outreach to generate client demand across various services
Oversee the Events team to ensure high client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international partners
Represent the brand and embody its values with energy and a positive attitude
Qualifications
Passionate about sales and attentive to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Curiosity and an awareness of trends and surroundings
Exceptional interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in client interactions
Hands-on and participatory management style
Ability to handle pressure and stress
Fluent in English, with proficiency in French
Proficient in reporting tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
Experience
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality or similar industry
Skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Ability to maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels
