Job Description/Overview
The role of Hotel Cleanliness Expert is focused on creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail across all areas of the hotel. Guest Environment Experts are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hotel’s appearance, ensuring that rooms, public spaces, and all guest areas are inviting and spotless. This role includes various housekeeping tasks, such as responding to guest requests, stocking carts, and providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas
Address guest needs and respond to requests
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
Maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards
Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds
Experience
Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required.
