Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents, ensuring respect, privacy, independence, and dignity in all interactions.
Provide personal care services and clinical observation for residents at Channel Point Village.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification required; Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) acceptable with specific conditions.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Must pass DSHS background check.
Experience:
1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
2 years of experience working with seniors preferred.
Skills:
Compassion, excellent communication, and strong observational skills.
Flexibility in work schedules.
