Job Description/Overview
As a Care Team Leader at Sanders Senior Living, you’ll embody professionalism, kindness, and compassion in providing high-quality care. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensure adherence to high care standards, and support both the Home and Deputy Managers. Responsibilities include resident care planning, administering medication, and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Care Assistants and uphold high standards of care.
Administer and audit medication.
Provide physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
Assist Home and Deputy Managers with daily care operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure team communication.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar caregiving role.
Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is preferred.
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not required.
Experience
Previous leadership experience in a care setting preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication.
Ability to manage and support a care team.
