Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises. Your responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure they maximize their use of the product.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to contribute directly to product improvements.
- Creating user-friendly resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product, engineering, and data, to deliver a stellar customer experience.

Qualifications
- Must be based in Australia.

- Previous experience in technical support (required).
