What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead (Copywriter) who is passionate about crafting compelling marketing copy, maintaining a consistent brand identity, and driving measurable success across campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing and Growth teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Phoenix’s voice and brand presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from concept to execution across diverse mediums.
- Develop copy that drives key performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates) while aligning with user needs and brand goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold high standards across all collateral.
- Create thoughtful and standout copy that elevates our social media presence.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by taking initiative and demonstrating innovation in your work.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience as a copywriter, with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing materials.
- Strong ability to collaborate and provide constructive feedback on brand and marketing strategies in a flexible and approachable manner.
- A personal connection to men’s health and an understanding of its importance.
- Resilient and resourceful, with a passion for creativity and performance-driven results.
