Job Description/Overview
As a Bank Admin Assistant at Barchester, you’ll play a key role in supporting the care home with various administrative tasks to maintain a high standard of care for residents. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling files, assisting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showcasing the home to prospective clients and their families. Your efforts will contribute to creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere within the care home.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and handle administrative files
Support managers with daily administrative needs
Meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and conduct tours for prospective clients
Contribute to a lively and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
Good computer skills and multitasking ability
Confident telephone manner
Friendly and welcoming attitude, with an interest in interacting with residents and their families
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not mandatory.
