Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant (Business Administrator) will provide comprehensive administrative support to management, handling a variety of secretarial tasks and coordinating essential business operations for the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, and agendas.
Handle independent business correspondence (incoming and outgoing).
Direct incoming calls to appropriate recipients
Manage data organization and maintain a structured filing system.
Organize business events such as training sessions and team meetings.
Coordinate travel, hotel reservations, and visa processing for business trips and visitors.
Prepare employee change-of-status forms and recruitment requests.
Coordinate with personnel on residence-related matters.
Track division’s time sheets, organize stationery, and manage other operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of Kuwait.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Skills:
Strong planning, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet use.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
