Job Description/Overview
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join Barchester’s marketing team. This key role is essential to executing Barchester’s digital marketing strategy, focusing on website conversion optimization, search strategy, and managing digital brand awareness campaigns. It also includes collaborating on broader digital strategies and ensuring timely delivery of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with development agencies to improve user experience and conversion rates on the website through A-B testing and data-led decisions
Optimize digital content (written, photographic, and video) to boost conversion rates
Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility for Barchester’s brand and care homes
Oversee content strategy on Google My Business pages in collaboration with search and listings agencies
Manage affiliate website relationships and lead generation companies to maximize potential
Support the digital marketing team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing and optimizing corporate websites and affiliate websites
In-depth understanding of digital marketing with extensive experience
Strong leadership skills to direct and inspire a digital marketing team
Experience in working with external agencies
Willingness to travel to London weekly
Experience
Extensive experience in digital marketing, focusing on website management, SEO, and content strategy
Demonstrated success in leading a digital marketing team
Skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
